Association for Wheelchair Children

Go Kids Go! is the leading provider of wheelchair skills training. They are a national charity providing free wheelchair skills training courses to young wheelchair users and their families. The courses equip young wheelchair users with the skills to become independently mobile so that they can enjoy the same activities as their able-bodied peers. Courses are run across the UK.

They also provide training for professionals who work with those with mobility issues, and regularly visit schools to deliver "wheelchair awareness training" which allows the non-disabled peers of young wheelchair-users to experience, and better understand, some of the obstacles which wheelchair-users face on a daily basis.
